Disappointed we paid over 300 for a deep carpet cleaning for 2 bedrooms, the carpets we stained from my teenage boys, so he stayed for only 1 hour and took 30 minutes to set up and break down equipment and when it was finished the edges/corners of the carpet were still dirty, had a peptobismal smell and white and yellow patches everywhere. I called to see if that was normal for a deep cleaning? He came back out and said yeah he didn't know why that happened but he would come back to fix it. We scheduled an appointment because we were worried about moisture coming from behind our shower head wall. During our appointment our concerns were dismissed and there was no thorough inspection, so we paid about $180 for him to walk through our house and say we should just caulk and paint over the concerned spots. Not even 5 months later and our trim started showing mold from the outside, so we pulled it off and sure enough there was a ton of mold. We’re very disappointed and won’t be using this business again.
The guy who came to clean our vents did a great job and had great customer service. I would recommend this service, the only issue I had was that the lady I spoke to gave me the wrong estimate.

Took me some time to find this site to rate Cunningham 5 stars plus a huge thank you!! You are professional and friendly and did an amazing job. Can’t believe all the stuff that came out of my ducts. I only wish I hadn’t waited so long for you to clean them, already my allergies are better and the house air seems lighter. Thank you!!
