So disheartened. First off, grief and loss should never be handled by text message, yet Becker does. Second, I paid my father's bill a week after his service. A month later, I received an email stating that payment had not been received yet. I never got a call about death certificates being ready for pick up and no one called to say a condolence card had been sent to the funeral home for me. They overcharged for the newspaper obituary, and have not offered to refund that difference. While the service was fine, I had absolute... read more
