They are in charge of the plowing and snow removal at my apartment complex and they are truly the worst. They showed up without a plow in a foot of snow. Worked for about an hour snow blowing and using a small bob cat and left. The walkways and main roads look untouched. Amateur hour and we’re only half way thru the storm. I fell getting to my car from the front door and it’s only about 30 feet away. Do not use for snow removal you’re better off hiring some kids to shovel!
Amazing staff and incredible attention to detail. Cunniff has been working on our property for years and I have never been disappointed once!
