Dave, Cody, Rusty and many others worked very hard to get me back on the road with a blown hydraulic pump for my radiator fan. They found a local rebuilder since my RV is a 2008 and got me turned around asap. These people do care and they handle high profile clients as well as owner operators the same way. Thanks guys!!
Had a warranty issue with my air compressor on my X15, Theresa was quick to look up my coverage, David the manager was quick to order the parts and Larry the mechanic on the job was quick and did a great job changing it out and fixing a few other problems I had once the parts came in! Very quick and helpful. Friendly employees, helped me out in a pinch and went out of their way to do it.
Went in for a suspected bad EGR valve. Aaron was the technician and was able to determine that it was a bad air density valve instead. Aaron then went over the engine and also checked and cleared all error codes. He showed me so many things related to preventive maintenance that all other technicians would have never bothered about.
