We have been working Cummings in Elko for years. Always kind service and clean environment.We have a small fleet and limited time. They have always done their best to get us in and out in a timely manner. Took our bus in today ,issue diagnosis and work done just a little over an hour and I was on my way.
I came in knowing the code and issue and they wanted to charge me 2 hours diag which I had no choice to agreed to. Lila sent me the estimate which showed 3 hours of diag time and 2 hours of “just in case” time. She promised they would adjust it with the final bill. Well that didn’t happen. They took their master technician off my job and put an apprentice on it. Ryan and Bruce at Cummins were amazing! Our generator went out on the road. We showed up and Ryan immediately helped trouble shoot and take apart our Westinghouse generator. Definitely recommend for reliable and kind service!
This is a great shop and great service personal! Had a appointment to have my overhead adjusted they did a great job and fast! I had a def issue when I got to my appointment, they fixed it and found a small leak on water pump. I came out of shop running much better than before I went in so helpful and easy to work with.
