Why is it taking Commin's of Jackson Ms. 9 months to make a decision on fixing my truck? I spent 13,000$ with them getting it fixed only to have it brake down after 10 hours and less then 500 miles on the rode. Is it because I'm a small business man or is it because I'm a black small business man.
900 miles from home, we broke our 2014 Newmar motorhome on a Friday afternoon. We limped in under degraded power. Mid-South got us diagnosed AND had the replacement part. They even uploaded the latest engine control updates. All in about three hours. These people are the best.
