I was a patient of Dr. Taylor-Shaw's for more than 20 years. I'm happy to say that visits with Dr. Cummins have been great on a consistent basis! Everyone is kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I'm happy to have stayed.
The entire crew I and my husband met were amazing. They paid attention to detail and we're happy visiting.
Unsure if you have enough staff to answer phone calls & if that person knows to review with knowledgeable person that my situation would need more immediate help (Crown fell out).... But, I truly understand that I would have been a NEW client. I was initially given a date of 3 weeks after my phone call. Thankful on my follow-up call, you had an earlier opening. ** Very impressed with quality caring & treatment during my appointment & very good INFO given to me. **
I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone was exceptional...from the advice, to the vetting of options for procedures, to the level of attentive personal care. Dr Cummins makes the experience comfortable and immediately earned my trust and respect as a knowledgable dentist. He makes his patients feel seen and heard. Would definitely recommend him.
