lol Crystal Gonzales left a review that girl never payed her rent and anyone who lived with her wanted to move out. We had to evict her. Compared to other landlords around Cummings offers the most affordable rent in comparison to other landlords. The grounds are typically always clean and most of the time maintenance is responsive. People hate on Lisa but she is doing her job and has a system she likes to follow. We’re so sorry that people have to come into the office to have discussions and it couldn’t be a zoom call.
