Cummings has built 16 commercial buildings for me, with another 4 in process. I am notoriously detail-oriented and cost-conscious, and Cummings delivers a quality product at a reasonable price. Perhaps best of all, they are problem-solvers. Invariably, unexpected issues pop up during construction. Whereas other GC's that I have used would simply draft a change order with little thought, Cummings (especially Matt Cummings) is excellent about thinking outside the box to resolve the issue at a minimum cost.
