Dr. Keaton Smith is amazing! He has cared for both of my dogs and I could never imagine taking them anywhere else! He is extremely informative and answers any question I ask in detail. We are always seen quickly. Dr. Smith genuinely cares about animals and enjoys his job! I highly recommend this clinic!
I just called to ask a question related to any programs to help stray animals and the receptionist didn’t even allow me to finish the question and was very rude. I would have payed cash for the services but after that, there’s no way I would consider going somewhere with such low quality customer service.
I have been seeing Dr Smith since moving to London. He is pleasant, loves animals and a Christian. He has taken care of all my pets for me and very reasonably. Mandy his receptionist, is sweet and always gets me in quickly when needed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Five stars for sure.
