I don’t want to even give this place one star. Dr. Ram treated my mother so disrespectfully. My mother left this facility in tears. This woman is unethical and should never treat anyone at all much less, someone with a mental illness. She argued with and talked over my mother. I am truly disgusted with her. No one should ever leave a doctors office feeling the way that my mother did.
I called to find out if they were accepting new patients and what types of insurance they accept if any. The woman that answered the phone was so very rude and snobby, also quite a smart elic. Receptionists are the first impression at every doctors office, I know first hand, and this woman gave me an awful impression and even though I could go there I now choose not to. This doctor needs to find someone who will get patients in the office not run them off.
Very rude and unprofessional and like to run patients off I wouldn't recommend to anybody I honestly don't see how this place is still in business.
