I would give 0 stars if I could!!! They complain about everything don’t listen to anything you say completely lead you on and lie!!! What a waste of money and time!!!!
I lived here for a little over a year before moving out of state. It was quiet, the apartments are spacious and updated, and it is just an overall nice place to live. Any time I put in a maintenance request, it was fixed within 24-48 hours depending on the request but there was always communication as to when it would be completed. The property management team does a lot to keep it looking nice and ensure the community has access to the amenities. We lived here for three years and enjoyed our home. The office and maintenance staff have always been respectful and responsive. We only had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were quickly resolved. An opportunity came up to move closer to our family. Otherwise we would certainly have beef happy to stay at CTV. Thanks to CTV staff for giving us such a lovely and welcoming place to call home!! We will surely miss you.
We have been here over two years and the staff and maintenance is top notch. We hope to live here for many years to come.
My wife, myself, and my young son have lived here for a little over a year now and just extended our lease into next year! We absolutely love it here. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. We have never ever had an issue with our neighbors and the girls in the office are absolutely wonderful and always willing to help with whatever they can! 🥰 I love all the fun events the community hosts each month!
