All offices of Cumberland Mental health and Volunteer Behavioral health are under the same umbrella. They use antiquated practices and equipment. They will never care about you, your condition or your feedback. The lies they tell about the new state law can easily be proven by reading the law yourself or going to a competent mental health provider. They should be under investigation or closed down. Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance, as the clients would not respect the furniture. They should really allow for more time in between appointments and need to treat incoming patients with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I waited to check in for at least 5 minutes as the receptionist was busy entering information into a computer instead of looking at me and saying, I will be right with you. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this psychologist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
