After only a couple of months the patio pavers begin to sink, called them and they came and corrected the problem? After another couple of months the problem returned, called The owner, he said he would repair the patio but I would be charged for the repair work! Would not pay this more money for poor performance.
Business response:
This customer was informed that ground water moving under the foundation of there house was causing the problem. We happily repaired the problem but informed them if it continued that there would be a charge to repair the paver system a second time.The charge was only for materials that would be needed even though the problem was being cause by no fault of the contractor.
