Negative, negative,negative they don’t communicate at all. My truck was at their store more than a week. If I don’t call they never email or call to inform what wrong my truck. I have to call all time. One morning I went to see exactly what is coming on I found that my truck was ready. The business doesn’t work like that, you have the customer email or phone number inform him the situation to update his work. Don’t ignore him , give him consideration and respect. Usually take care of my own work, but started bringing my trucks into the Murfreesboro dealership this past year for odd and end work, and have always been taken care of by Devin in the service department with fair pricing and good customer service. Whenever I just need parts, Cody in the parts department always gets me what I need in a timely manner if not in stock. Would definitely recommend those two guys if you are in the area.
