Payne is very patient and kind- takes the time to make you feel welcome. Nice vintage spot for a quick trip to Cumberland.

It’s been almost a month since I’ve messaged, and a week or so since I’ve emailed, but have yet to get a response. I’d rather not write a negative review for all to see, but maybe that will get me some answers. We booked in September but had to cancel. We did so within the no fee cancellation period. Our credit card was still charged, and I’ve called, messaged and emailed since then. I’d appreciate a response from the owner/ management. Thanks!
We were very excited to stay here. The Cumberland Inn did not disappoint! Very comfortable bed and pillows. We are looking forward to returning next year! Thank you!

Beats the larger hotels by a mile. Convenient to all of Cumberland.
Just got home from a weekend spent here! We traveled from northern ct and it was so worth it!! I cannot say enough good things about this place.The beds in room 7, where we stayed were like heaven. The staff was amazing so accommodating to the guests! If you've ever seen Gilmour girls, and wanted to stay at her hotel, this is the place!! Love love LOVE!!!!!
