I am an avid supporter of Cumberland Farms in Windsor CT. They are friendly and speak when I enter the establishment. Upon my entry in the Coventry location, totally different experience. The cashier's attention was elsewhere and the person preparing the food looked at me and walked off... It doesn't cost anything to be polite.
Consider getting workers that aren't rude and dismissive to "certain" customers that may not look like themselves.
