Whoever the woman with the nose piercing, glasses, and black hair is — find a new occupation if you can’t muster up the bare minimum of customer service. At our visit today, this woman had the personality and the people skills of a wet sock and was borderline rude in her demeanor. I work in customer service too and I know how difficult it can be, but for the love of god, you still need to have basic manners and you are expected to perform a duty.

One comment: no common sense. My husband and I went to this store to get gas and cigarettes. I went in to get cigarettes while my husband pumped gas. I didn’t have ID with me so I said no problem my husband will come with his ID and buy them. The cashier refused to sell him the cigarettes because I had originally asked for them. We are both 64 years old…it’s clear we are over 21!!!! I am sure the law would not have precluded my husband from buying them with his ID. This is a case of an employee taking a rule too far.
