Went in there to play my daily lottery. Handed Elliot my winning ticket I thought I said it was a winner and she asked me if I wanted to replay the ticket and I said,"yes". I noticed that the $ wasn't deducted from what I played and when I inquired about it she said with a nasty attitude. "Why didn't you tell me that it was a winning ticket (rolling her eyes)"? She should just stay home if she hates her job. Definitely needs customer service training. Obviously won't be back.
