Being new to Tennessee, and not experienced with local companies, I relied on my home inspector to suggest an extermination company. He suggested Cumberland Exterminating. I'm glad he did! I have been using this company for many years now at our home and rentals. They have showed me that I can always trust them to do what they say and are always so nice to me & our renters. Whether it is John, Aaron or Cody to come out, they do a great job ! They never forget about my places and ask about our people, if they are having any trouble that they are able to help with. I wish to commend cumberland exterminating for their professional work ethics. Many of our local vendors make appointments that they don?t honor. Either they show up or return calls. Cumberland Exterminating responded to a request for their services a day after I called. Aaron was running late for a scheduled appointment but made a call me to state he was running a bit behind. He was apologetic and arrived not to long after the scheduled time. I highly recommend this vendor for your exterminating needs.
