This is one of the best run medical practices I have ever experienced. Every single member of the staff puts the patient's concerns and comfort first. Both dentists are of the absolute utmost quality in terms of skills and "bedside manner", and they are easy to talk with should you have specific questions or concerns. The same statement applies to all of the office staff, dental technicians and assistants. Their scheduling and ability to stay on-schedule is amazing. No wait time, awesome hygentist, and thorough dentist that didn't try to push unnecessary procedures. I'm so thankful to have found this place and will come back for ALL dental needs
Loved my first visit! From Laura out front joyfully greeting and welcoming you in to the very kind and professional dental hygienist who walk you through all the steps they take. This all definitely made me feel like a part of the process and gave me better understanding of the procedures. I can now see why several coworkers referred me to them to begin with :)
Great folks and really professional and friendly. I definitely refer them to friends and family. Laura is always pleasant and knowledgeable, she treats you like an old friend.
I've been here about 3 times so far and actually enjoyed the experience. They staff is super friendly and the customer service, which is my pet peeve is top notch!
Firstly, the staff members are wonderful. Scheduling is easy and calls are returned promptly. Tara is a very great detailed hygenist and Laura is just "the best". She is friendly and makes the office even more inviting. Dr's Kerr and Gavric are both professional and knowledgeable. Great job!!!!
Everyone I come in contact there couldn't be nicer @Kerr & Gavric from the front desk, to getting my teeth cleaned and of course my 2 Dentists. Always professional too! I even thought once about changing Dentist because of the location near all the crazy BRAVE stadium construction, but how could I leave this great group of people.
The service and customer service were exceptional. My teeth feel and look great. Thank you.
