I live next door to a home being built by Cumberland Custom Homes. I have found their professionalism and conduct to be abhorrent, and if you care about the community in which you plan to build your dream home, I would consider a company that cares more about it than CCH. The home they're building requires access to the property by driving on an easement through four different properties first.
