If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve stayed quiet for too long, but what happened to me needs to be shared. I moved into this apartment June 2024. At first, I was told I’d get $1,000 off my first month’s rent as a concession, and that if I needed to vacate early before my lease, I’d just pay that concession fee and about $40–$50 in liquidated damages IF I gave the 60-day notice. Do not live here! I cannot stress this enough. This apartment has given me hell and emotional distress. When I moved in they told me that the apartment that I had been assigned to was infested with roaches... I wish we had had that conversation BEFORE signing the lease. I ended up breaking my lease partially as a result of that, but also MULTIPLE stolen packages and many other unsavory events.
