Place is INFESTED WITH ROACHES! NO MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU ARE ROACHES NEVER LEAVE! They don’t clean common areas in the apartment buildings. Pool is NEVER open, gym closes when the office closes yet you pay an amenities charge for amenities you can’t use!
The worst customer service ever they promise one thing and they do a diferent so unprofessional don't recommend for any type of business they offer me and apartment but trying to give an other in such a bad condition manager did not try to fix the issue
The security gates don’t function, which raises concerns about safety and privacy—especially if uninvited individuals can easily access the premises. It’s frustrating to pay for amenities that are not even usable. The pool has never been opened, with management claiming they’re waiting on an inspection. The laundry facilities are consistently dirty, making it unpleasant and unsanitary to wash clothes there.
