Mold everywhere, half the electrical plugs don’t work, our plumbing didn’t work for 2 months and we called the health department, the landlord treated you like an idiot and would stalk you if you didn’t make your rent on time, we are still thinking of suing this place! My LG&E bill was sky high because the windows and doors had huge gaps where cold air would seep in, The ceiling tile fell on me in the shower and the stoves burners barely worked or was a fire hazard. Mold in the kitchen, bugs crawling in my cabinets. Kitchen floor was falling through, until corporate was called. No repairs are ever made unless you call corporate. Even then, they don't tell you when entering your apartment to do repairs when they are suppose to notify you either 24 or 48 hours in advance. Everything just gets painted over. Hate that we ever moved in here. It's run down and needs to be shut down. Glad my lease is up in January. AND something as small as handles for the closet doors is I'm possible to get..... read more

Worst ever I believe the condemned apt across the street are better..... After she got my husband to sign a 12 month lease without seeing it and he opened the door I about died!!!!!!!! Omg help meeee

My husband and I have lived there since about April and we have had so many problems. The landlord Susie don't care about anything. We have bed bugs and we have to get new everything. We even told her we have bedbugs and she didn't care. DO NOT MOVE IN AT ALL! Save your money and move somewhere worth it because she'll get a attitude with you really fast

This place is scum and the management is slum. This bitch knows that bedbugs and other creatures are here and she continuously moves people in. They don't fix shit until you call housing or the health department on them. Once u so that she continues to up your rent so that you can be evicted. There's mold here from constant flooding when it rains,they use a hose to get the water from the basement and kids play in the nasty shit. My apartment i was told had mold in it they used this stuff to cover it up. I havent had my bathtub area fixed since i moved in they cover rust u with spackle then do a poor paint job. I have a mouse in there somewhere and several ther residents have complained of mice in their apartments as well and I dont know if its because the weather has gotten warmer but I have seen other uninvited pests which are a bigger problem than the mice.I refuse to pay for a poorly maintained residence and one whole building I was told is a bed... read more
