We ordered 2 fish dinners. Got back to our house and had no tater sauce, no lemon, no butter, no napkins, no utensils! We are moving and at our house w out any of these things and eating our dinner w our fingers! When we called to tell them what happened- they told us they are only responsible for the food and too bad. We could drive 10 minutes back there to get WHAT THEY FORGOT, but they wouldn’t make new food to replace our cold food or give any compensation whatsoever.
Omg I was just there and the kids at the window taking my order were SO FUNNY. I laughed until I cried. 10/10 would recommend.
it's gone way, way down hill since Roberta and her crew left. The inside is dirty, the staff is rude and slow. They repeatedly mess up orders then act like ots your fault. The employees act like it's a playground and the manager refuses to come from the back to speak to you They also refused to give me the district manager or owners number. We have been into this location several times in the last couple of weeks, and we have always been impressed with how well run the day shifts have been. Tonight we came in about a half hour before closing just for custard. I don’t know if there was a manager on duty, but the place was particularly unsupervised. Our serving was not up to par with what we’ve had in the daytime, and when we asked about it the staff just ... <crickets>

Staff unwilling to give me contact for owner. Refused to discuss not having staff smoke in front of my property. Manager on duty would not come to speak with me.
My son and I ordered the Better Cheddar burger with bacon. Both burgers were bland. No seasoning whatsoever. Worst Culver’s I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your money here.
