First time at a Culvers in my life and all i can say is WOW! I am highly impressed, staff was so friendly & constantly busy… clean restaurant down to the chair legs! Food was great everything was hot and fresh & the burger was seasoned perfectly. Having worked in fast food as a GM for the last 7 years I can say this GM is doing an amazing job. Staff looked neat & clean and everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. Great job
I went to Culver’s like I normally do and ordered a kids meal with coupons from their store. They messed up my order and the girl was too worried about arguing with me rather than trying to help in any way. They took my coupons and would not give me what i ordered which was clearly on the coupons. Most of the workers are nice but the teenagers that work outside are very rude.
