The most incompetence i've ever seen in one building as well as slow. We could see almost the entire staff, just standing in a circle in the kitchen talking.
The food is always fresh and hot, however it's a black female mgr. that typically works the first or second shift that always skimps on the portion sizes even after you bring it to her attention. The first time I met her she was very nasty, unprofessional and argumentative. She's not warm or friendly. The younger employees are always kind, professional and friendly though.
Great experience. Food was hot and service was great. Manager came out to check on us twice which I thought was exceptional for a fast food spot. Restaurant was very clean and well kept.
If I could give it a zero I would I went here tonight around 935 I spent 50 dollars on some food that was completely wrong. They didn’t bring the food out til about 1011. I went and told the manager michelle that my burger was wrong she told me they couldn’t fix me another one nor that they could refund me back but give me a coupon to use tomorrow wen I’m tryna eat right now & it’s not my fault that my burger was wrong. Culver's might be one the best fast food restaurants around. On this visit I got a cheeseburger and some cheese curds. Bother were great.
