I love Culver’s and usually never write reviews because they have always been great. However, I took my nephews today and they both got cheeseburger kids meals, with a custard, and one got a smoothie, the other Dr Pepper. Immediately upon receiving our purser the smoothing had a long hair inside of it and we were missing our Dr Pepper. So we go back in to have the smoothie remade as well as get the Dr Pepper, all good. They are always very nice here and accommodating. The staff is always friendly. The food is always on point. The owner/manager is going a phenomenal job with his staff. They are understanding of special needs kids and special diets. Best Culver’s I’ve been to.
