Went to culvers ordered 2 single deluxe and fries and large coke asked if needed fry sauce then asked if 4 would be fine i said yes paid for the meal drove home to find no frie sauce called the manager he said he could give me a coupon for fry sauce I told him you don't eat fries without frie sauce didn't want to acknowledge or even offer a whole other meal shame on culvers.
Hice un pedido a domicilio se tardaron mucho, aparte mi pedido no traía servilletas, pajilla para mi refresco y la carne estaba reseca y salada. Me piden que escriba al correo electrónico de culver’s y no atienden mi solicitud.
Went through drive thru. Ordered 2 double deluxe cheeseburgers with EXTRA PICKLES, 2 Med Onion Rings. What I got, Two Really over cooked Burgers--DRY, FLAVORLESS and NO PICKLES--NOT ONE on the two. One order of Onion RINGS was OVER COOKED beyond eating, the second order was not cooked,raw looking. If this is what Culver's wants to put out, they should be OUT of BUSINESS. If any one at the store bothers to read this review, please let me know. Order time was 5:24 pm today--Monday 04-07-25.
