This was the 2nd time in a row that the food was cold. The order had sat on the side for 7 minutes before it was completed and handed over to me. The fish was dripping in fat and had made the batter soggy. Butter pack was omitted on both occasions. The manager did provide another meal, however lunch was ruined by the fact that I had to complain and disgraceful that this had happened 2 times in a row. I do not wont to have the inconvenience of waiting for another meal, I just wont the first one to be hot and appetizing.
Slow service for online orders.
