We have been going to this location for years and the service has always been fast and courteous. the food has always been hot and fresh. I love that they hire people with special needs and we have gotten to know a number of their employees over our years of visiting. Took my husband on our third date to this store so he could experience frozen custard, and for a while when we lived nearby this was our Thursday night family dinner out place with my son. I hadn't been to this Culver's in about 6 months, and I will not be going there again. The chicken strips smelled and tasted like fish, the mashed potatoes were not mixed properly and you could definitely tell they were from powder and water, their burger was greasier than usual, and the chili on the chili cheese fries was exceptionally greasy! About the only thing that was good was the water.
