Cold fries burned onion rings ordered Wisconsin Swiss melt had no Swiss cheese on it as advertised
After waiting in line for 10 minutes with several other cars, from 9:40 to 9:50, the drive thru line was just shut down at 9:52. Nothing was said, no apologies to those waiting. We will never return.
Fries were cold, onion rings were burnt, Swiss cheese sandwich didn’t have Swiss cheese on it!!!
First time (trying) to try but didn't have a chance. Whomever was working the drive through tonight was rude. Rude from the get go. Wanted a shake with my order but did not know what shake flavor because they were not listed, so I asked the girl and her reply was "what flavor do you want?" in a frustrated tone. We had our baseball fundraiser at Culver’s in Conroe last night. I usually go through the drive thru when I eat there so I don’t get to experience the staff and environment inside. I cannot say enough about how awesome ALL of the employees were! I have a special needs little girl and they were so sweet and accommodating! They made us feel so special and welcome. They were like this with all customers who came in. I was so impressed by the employees, the food and the overall experience at this Culver’s. Great job to everyone ... read more
Any time we drive through Conroe, we eat here. The root beer is the best, today we tried the cheese sauce and it was soooo good.
Best burger place in town
Always great service from happy people.
The menu is great, plenty of options to choose from. Their burgers are the best and don't get me started on the Roast Beef Sandwich.... Omg. Ok you twisted my finger, its the best in Conroe.
