Always polite and hard working people love this place
We went through the drive through today and ordered two custards and one drink. We got to the window and she tried charging us for someone else's order. When we questioned her she rudely said hold on and slammed the window shut. She then proceeded to tell us the correct amount but then handed us the wrong order. She finally gave us the two custards and we had to ask two more times for the lemonade. We also said we would like a receipt and had to ask twice for that as well. Very poor service today... You guys should work on getting customers orders right and deliver faster through drive thru/park. I waited for 10 mins I don't see how it was possible to get it wrong if I had to wait that long. Never again!
Five stars for Culver's. Everything is good, and the places are always clean, which is very important to me.
