Had me waiting a long time, forgot items when I got my bags. So asked them to refresh the melted ice cream I ordered and got right away.. the brought out the same melted ice cream.. too expensive to me 1-forgetting items 2- not caring about customer service Update: get home even more missing items
RecommendedVERY impressed with the PPE and social distancing displayed at this location ! That coupled with the fact that they were quite busy and the food was fresh, hot, and served in a timely manner !! Kudos to the employees at the Phelps Culver's location!❤

Poor service. When asked to fix a mistake on an order, blamed customer and had an attitude, wouldn’t just fix the simple mistake between dish of custard and cone as wanted. Ended up eating custard in dish rather than dealing with further bad attitude from employee. I’ll be sure to stick to Winnebago Culver’s from now on, at least they know how to properly deal with customers.
Went through the drive thru tonight and got 2 concrete mixers. I was eating mine and found a nail that someone had bit off. Needless to say I threw away the mixer and will not be eating at Culver’s anymore. Absolutely disgusting.
Love culvers. I'm loving the new text coupons and email coupons as well. Took my daughter for her celebratory lunch for her 5th grade graduation. She was so happy. Everyone there was so nice to all of us. This Culvers is definitely one of my favorite ones to go to in Rockford. Thank you everyone.
