Great chili, but they always forget the sour cream when I order the chili supreme. I don’t have time to go back and get it on 30 minute lunch break. The supreme is supposed to include it so I don’t understand this issue....but I received 7 packages of crackers with a regular size chili!

Went to drive thru on lunch hour, employee (Simone,I asked her her name) was very rude, tone of voice non-chalant; very short answers. After taking my order, price quoted was incorrect. I didn't even feel like arguing bcuz she didn't want to take my order in the 1st place. (Tone of voice means a lot.) I cancelled the order and left. Will not be returning; 2nd chance & they blew it. Last time they put cheese on a burger when I specifically asked for no cheese and I didn't realize it and didn't have time to go back.
Went last night about 8:45 for ice cream. When I drove up I could hear all kinds of yelling and laughing on the speaker. Two scoop sundae was $4 with senior discount. That kind of surprised me. Got up to the window to pay and she said $4, no hello, nothing. Gave her my card and she shoved my card and the ice cream out the window and turned around. No napkins, no thank you. I yelled you're welcome as I left. Have been going to this Culver's for years, not sure I will be back. Was not fun.
My cheeseburger was good and so was my chicken soup, everyone was nice, service was great. I will be back.
Frozen custard ice cream was beyond delicious. Best I've had in a long time. And FYI I'm from Pittsburgh Pa.
