Culvers you’re either on point with your shakes or they’re really crappy there is no in between. I waited over 15 minutes with only two people in front of me in the drive-through to get a cup of ice cream that was supposed to be a chocolate shake they don’t even give you a receipt so you Can’t complain. The one on University is better.
Was there and my girlfriend had sexual battery committed on her by one of the employees management needs to fire these horrible sexual predators that work at the store.
Ignored order of people arriving to choose who gets service.
Always a treat to eat at Culver's!! Butter burgers are the best, good employees, great custard.....
Normally I love Culver's. My experience tonight: the drive thru tried to hand me the wrong shake- I corrected them. Then they had me wait. Handed me my meal. They forgot the fries (but actually remembered my side of ranch). So I actually went inside to get my fries. Then I get home and my burger was wrong. I checked briefly to see if it was the right burger while I was still there (the triple cheese pub burger) which it was. Get home and instead of the yummy garlic mayo they put ketchup on it.
