It's always good food at culvers I would give them a five star

Terrible -18 minutes waiting in the drive thru and still no food. I ordered ice cream and they gave that to me at the window and it melted in the car (while I waited 20 minutes) and I told the person when they brought the food and they said "oh sorry" and walked away.
