The bacon burger was good but the condiments I requested were not there. Also the small strawberry shake was blueberry, no straw or napkins. But food was good even naked. They were not busy at the drive thru... I was all alone.
Disappointing service, from the wait in the drive thru line ( over 10 minutes) to being handed a cup with its contents oozing out of the top to not receiving a receipt or empathy from any team member—epic failure. I tried to call them to speak with a manager, no answer. Perfect end to my bad experience. No receipt given. When I called the restaurant to speak with the manager no one answered the phone.
I made a request yesterday for a cheddar butter burger with no onions and lettuce. I am highly allergic to onions since they do make me sick and have hives. I do not appreciate when I request a sandwich be made the way I asked it coming back the way it did. I've had issues before with this, with sandwiches and concretes.
The grilled chicken was delish!! And I love the crinkle fries!! The lady taking our order was super friendly!!
Food is good need more gluten free items. Excellent service.
