I really like Culvers St. Charles, Concrete Mixers are my favorite! But for some reason I ordered a ButterBurger with everything and it wasn't very fresh. The burger patty tasted like room temperature warm instead of a hot fresh burger! It's okay, I will be back I should have just brought it back but I didn't.

I waited in line at the drive thru for 55 min just to be told they are now closed. **When I pulled up, there were only 3 cars ahead of me (It was about 8:20pm)...it's not like the line was even long. I ended up being stuck in the middle and could not get out. I finally pulled up to order and they said they were now closed(it was now 9:17). No apology or anything. They just shut of their lights and left us all in line. I will never come back!
Culver's St. Charles IL was very busy this evening and they were totally understaffed. We felt sorry for all the good people working. They had a tough job. Special kudos to Victoria and John. You stepped up and did the very best under the circumstances.
Hair on my buffalo chicken tenders yuck and some of the sauces arent in the sealed cups that ive only seen them come in at all the other culvers we will not be back to this location.
Had delicious kit Kat swirl ice cream then took a Sunday Drive
