This place is always clean! Sparkling clean and the people are so nice! Every. Single. Time! You don’t see this often in restaurants never mind what is considered fats food restaurant but I appreciate the team and service here!

This was my first time eating at a Culvers. I thought about leaving because it was a little pricey but we were all starving. I'm glad we stayed because the food was delicious! It helped that the restaurant was very clean as well. I got the pretzel pub burger and it was excellent! My kids both ate everything too. That doesn't usually happen. We left full and happy. Will definitely go back before we leave Illinois.
The order takers was great, so was the cashier the low rate comes from the bagger who gave me a cheeseburger with everything that would have been great but I ordered a Double mushroom and Swiss basket. The other part of the low rating is I called right after I got home and noticed the mess up and it rang and rang then hung up so not even the manager had time to fix a mistake so I called cooperate and just got a voicemail. So no lunch for me but they did get my money, Thanks
The owner is very fair and is a nice person to deal with. He forgives people who made a mistake and welcomes all.
