To all my friends and families, after helping out with the donations for food this year for Distinguished Young Women. Portillos deserves a shout out for supporting communities and local programs. When you visit next time, please tell them how great it is that they willing to be a part of providing scholarship to young women who wish to pursue a college education!
I just got back from the drive-through. Ordered two salads. No Forks. How are we supposed to eat our salad. This happens to me all the time. I mean really I'm in the Drive-Thru, how do you think I'm going to eat my salad? This isn't rocket science.
Everything is good. My only complaint is when you walk in the door, it smells of bleach and bathroom, and that is a turn off. Try Pinesol for cleaning. Thanks
Just left the place, Nate is lacking good manners. I said thank you and he did not even reply. I could hear other customers saying they appreciate his service and he will just ignore them. I've been there other times where everyone is extremely polite.
