Whenever we take a road trip and are in the area, this is the Culvers we go to. Culvers is always great but this crew ROCKS. Always.
slow service,all the tables were dirty, the bun appeared to have been smashed with a finger hole in it.
We have been coming to this location since it opened many years ago. Service, food quality have always been consistently great. Recently though, the employees at the counter rarely smile, do not pay attention to the order when given to them and seem less than happy to be there. The last three times we dined there it took 30-35 minutes to get our order. The orders were correct, but the patty on the Sourdough Melt only fills 2/3 of the bread. The food here is very good and my son and I love the concrete mixers
I think they are fantastic! the employees are really good workers they gave me the wrong ice cream but when I told them they were really polite and gave me the right one and I really did appreciate that :-)
The worst Culver's I have ever been to. No one knows what they're doing. Extremely slow service. And the Concrete - NOT a concrete. The custard was so soft it was thinner than a milk shake. And no Scoopie program??? All of the Culver's in Wisconsin have Scoopie prizes. What the heck happened to this place??? I will NEVER go to this location again. So bad.
