Recommendedit is my daughter's birthday today. And she wanted to come here for lunch. The cashier named Margaret actually sang Happy Birthday to her up at the front counter when she went up to get her ice cream. I could hear her all the way in the back. absolutely loved it. thank you Margaret for doing that for my daughter.

They are wonderful for helping Presence Mercy raise money. We are a charity hospital and every little bit helps .
On several occasions now, this location has not delivered on event things they promoted. Today, the Easter Bunny pictures we took and were told would be available for pick up were not. When I asked the associate if there were others that still needed to be put up, she asked the manager who didn't even come out of the booth he was sitting in. She came back to me and said "he said that's all that was on the iPad". Very poor customer service.
The fact that I can't get a tuna melt "out of season" is slightly ridiculous. The Oswego location makes them up no matter what. The service here was decent. Holly wasn't cheery or horrendous; just blah. Food was okay. Nothing special.
