RecommendedThe food was really good and the employees were nice.
When I was younger, this place was great. Now, it’s just horrible. They close randomly, ignore you at the drive thru, and forget items like crazy. Just ordered a chicken tender basket, a fish sandwich basket, and two burgers and fries...all we got were the drinks, fries, and two burgers. It’s like they don’t even care anymore. Definitely will take my money elsewhere. Other culver’s locations are so lovely, but this one is just trash anymore...
If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is disgusting and very unsanitary! I just went and had a burger to go and the bottom of the bread has green mold on it! On top of that, there’s this weird anchovies looking thing on it too. Beyond disgusting and disappointing! I’m pregnant and if I had eaten that and gotten sick it would’ve been a whole other story!! Definitely warning everyone of this and never will be purchasing from there again!!
Really upset. Went through drive thru, got 2 regular chocolate mixers, one supposed to be with Oreo and Reese’s peanut butter cup other supposed be snickers and Reese’s peanut butter cup, just got home and the one is correct but the other ended up being Oreo and snickers which was not what I ordered. To top it off usually they are full and this are only 3/4 full. Extremely disappointed plus was not given any sort of receipt
Is the Zion location under new management? The atmosphere and the service have changed, and not for the better. On 12/1 we ordered a carry out of a shrimp dinner and a cod dinner. Luckily I checked the bag because the cole slaw was missing. I had to go back In to get it. At least the food was prepared well. I stoped to get lunch 20 minutes later they fkn realized they lost my order
