RecommendedGreat service made to order
absolutely loved this place at 1st. the staff is amazing however the last 6 times we've ordered they e screwed up our order so bad it's disgusting. I always order a chocolate cement mixer with Heath bar and maraschino cherries the last 6 times there hasn't been 1 cherry in my order some awful sickening artificial cherry sauce. it's disgusting. we're a military family they are so nice but we've spent so much money on garbage we will never go there again.
Our order is always missing something by the time they get it fixed the food is all cold and the food is over priced.

It is typically semi-slow service which I can understand. But I order the same thing everytime. Culver's single bacon deluxe with fries and ketchup on the side. I rarely get my ketchup. I can confirm with them 3 times, AND. it is always on my receipt. But no ketchup. pretty disappointing and only happens at Zion.
