So I came through the drive-through to get a pumpkin spice milkshake and was handed two cups ( one covering the other). I figured that the 2nd cup was a mistake so I took it off and what I found underneath was the cup had a crack!!!! and so instead of pouring the milk shake into a separate cup, the lazy worker who cares nothing about customer service, decided to leave the milkshake in the cup with the crack in it and just simply put a cup over top of it!!! once I removed this cup the shake spilled all over my outfit!!! Great food and super friendly service
Terrible experience here tonight. We waited 35 minutes for our food (2 cheeseburgers and 2 onion rings) in the drive through. I called into the store to ask why it was taking so long, she apologized and said my food was coming right out. She brought us an order of fries. I then had to go inside to get a refund, where I found a disgustingly dirty restaurant with people standing everywhere waiting for their food. Food was stacked up in the window under he heat lamps. One of the best burgers and cheese curds around. Great service fast on the food but not on the quality.
So we are standing here now waiting on our food.... girl behind the window picks up a piece of meat breaks it in half, smells it and says well smells like chicken so we will go with it. Put it on a bun and sent it out and they gave it to a customer. WTH?!?! Want to say something here but they all look very young and don’t seem to care. I usually like Culver’s never been to this one in Findlay before and I won’t be back.
Usually I don’t have that long of a wait , but today we waited 15 mins in the drive thru after ordering and pulling up to the waiting spot. When the food was done ( they must of waited until multiple orders were complete ) the guy who brought the food out started handing out the food to the cars behind us first ( there were 5 ) switches them Up and had to switch their bags after already giving them out , then finally we get our food ( only ordered two things ) and the cars behind us are pulling around us and creating a huge ... read more
