I ordered a concrete mixer, and the lid had broken pieces and another lid put over it. I wasn't told anything by workers. I choked on broken piece and my throat hurts. Good thing it wasn't really bad. The workers should o thrown it away and made another, not just put another lid over it and not say anything.
