As far as Culver's go, this one is a dump. The food is blah, the service is horrendous and the location is terrible. I will not return to this location, which is a bad thing as I normally like Culvers. The staff isn't friendly, which I believe emanates from management. The few times I was there this week, the staff would rather talk to one another. The lines are slow as is tje food preparation. I know Culvers will say it is because of fresh prepared food. Other Culvers aren't this slow. Neither is Steak and Shake.
Our family always stops at Culver's, as we love their food. This is the second time we have stopped at this Culver's and both times it has been a terrible experience. After waiting 25 minutes for a TO GO order, we had to prod them to fill the order. Once the order was given to us, it wasn't complete. They completed the order and once in the car, they had not filled the order correctly (chicken sandwich instead of the fish I ordered). I'm upset. I go to Culver's all the time and tonight I ordered a burger and got no patty. All I got was lettuce,tomato and mayo. No burger! Really ??
No Coke, Pepsi! So I had Dr. Pepper instead - my mom would be pleased.
Really couldn't get over the dirty mop water smell that slapped me in the face upon entry and permeated the dining area, nevermind the ordeal of your staff repeating the words "Made to Order" throughout the ordering process while screwing up those very details on 5 of 5 burgers.
Food good as always. But workers don't know how to clean tables after customers leave and they don't even clean under tables in here. Re-train time
I got a family size cheese curds. It was amazing!!!
Prices kinda high, but the best cod fish sandwich ever!!!!! Soooo good!!!
