We went through the drive thru window tonight for a late dinner, and this is what my Sour dough butter burger melt looked like! Burnt to a pretty good crisp! So disappointed that they would even let anything this burnt go out the door. If you wouldn’t eat it, you definitely shouldn’t serve it!
Wanted to recognize a great location with local owners and a great team. Such a smooth ordering process during this COVID time. Was shocked how fast we moved through the line. In addition, the nice gentleman, Alexander, who brought the food to my vehicle, must have noticed my Veteran license plate and THANKED ME for my Service! What great staff and service! I love the Custer today and a Employee name Fred was very nice in the lobby he ask me if everything was ok and hes a very nice man All the employees are and the store was very clean I will be back in a few weeks Food is alway So FRESH AND. Hot so Delicious :)

Posted pics of my food and receipt from Aug 28th. Still waiting for a return phone call from Adam, the Manager who called me after seeing my post. My meat had blood on it and my onion rings were literally soaking in grease. Could not eat!
