Could not believe that when all your business is drive thru that you can’t do a better job with the time it takes. It would be understandable if the counter as swamped too !
I don’t think I will ever come here again. This was ridiculous. There were six vehicles pulled out of the drive-through still waiting for food. What is the point of a drive-thru? “Cheating” like this to get your official drive-thru times down is appalling. They actually put a number on my vehicle so they could find my car later. we just stopped in from out of town, went in thr drive thru line. as we were trying to place our orders we couldnt even get 1 meal ordered before we were asked repeatedly if we were done yet, we then forgot to ask if they had pretzel bites because we were so rushed placing our order, so we get up to the window and ask the lady at the window who stated they had pretzel bites but we couldnt order at the window.... why? your job is the customer at the window, we wouldnt have had a problem pulling forward to wait for the food. a... read more
