Just went through the drive thru to get some Root Beer on this hot day. Got to the window to pay and they have it to us for free. No idea why, but very thankful for the customer service and generosity of this restaurant. Thank you!!!
Very disappointed by how unprofessional the owner was at the Belleville location. Made a complaint about raw burgers and fries and instead of making the customer happy she wanted to question everything I said.
Our daughter chose to celebrate at Culver’s after her 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony on June 14, 2018 with our family & grandparents. She loves the Concrete Mixers❣️❣️ The staff are always so kind & courteous, & the food is great too!!! We really appreciate how mindful the staff are about our food allergies. Keep up the great work!!!
The employees very nice. Restaurant always clean. One complaint I have is the e-mail coupons I receive. Most wont open. When they do it says I already had my chance.
This restaurant is a very friendly environment. There food is made fresh.and the exterior appearance of the restaurant is great. Only complaint is how long it takes to get the food somedays. The employees are super nice and friendly.
